What Can Counselling and Psychotherapy offer me?
Forest TCA offers the possibility to make a space and a time, where you can speak about the issues that concern you. The opportunity to both be heard, and equally to hear what you have to say about yourself and your world. In following the pathways of your own speech, it is possible to find the direction necessary to tackle life’s day to day problems. Therapy can help you slow down and feel better about yourself.
Therapy gives us the opportunity to explore and understand personal difficulties, both in the present, or from the past, within a professional relationship of confidentiality, acceptance and trust.
